Bill is the founder of Pintail and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company. He's actively involved in sourcing off-market opportunities for buyer clients while managing relationships with investors. Since launching his career in real estate, Bill has been involved in over $1B in purchase and sale transactions in the commercial and residential space. Bill enjoys the transactional nature of brokerage and has personally closed over 100 transactions for institutional buyers over the last 2 years.
Bill began his real estate career at CBRE in 2007 and didn’t get involved in the residential arena until the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. He has served in an operations capacity for portfolio companies backed by Blackstone and Starwood, both considered pioneers in the single-family rental space. He maintains a strong conviction in housing and foresees further consolidation, innovation, and integration paving the way for commercialized success in the industry.
